Meet our Principals
Andrew Fuller
For over 35 years Andrew’s main emphasis through affiliated firms is as developer and operator of California multi-family communities. His activities in this role include forming private investor syndicates to provide equity financing, overseeing the design and construction of the communities, to managing the property’s ongoing operations and financial performance as Manager/General Partner. For over 25 years, he has also acted as a direct lender to California borrowers in the private commercial real estate mortgage business. Andrew holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and has active professional license designations, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), California Real Estate Broker, and California General Building Contractor. Former designations include Registered Investment Advisor and NASD Securities Broker Series 7 and 24 licenses.
Arick Fuller
Arick joined Santa Barbara Commercial in 2019 after working with Radius Commercial Real Estate as a commercial agent involved in over $200,000,000 of transactions. Arick has several years of lending experience as a former mortgage broker funding over $800 million in residential financing. Prior to lending, Arick worked for Andy and Ron Fuller in the family development business as a project manager and construction superintendent completing from the ground up 113 apartment units.
